By participating in any events planned and controlled by Ferry International, LLC (“Tom Ferry”), you agree to the following:
You assume all risks when participating in TOM FERRY events. All participants must use care and good judgment and must obey all rules and regulations of TOM FERRY. You will comply with all requests made by employees of TOM FERRY. TOM FERRY reserves the right to eject any participant who does not comply with the terms of this section. Ejected participants will not be entitled to a refund or any further recourse.
* Growth, Mastery and Legacy Spring Team Retreat invites are exclusive to Team leaders contracted to the respective coaching program. In addition, Team leaders may only attend ONE program-specific retreat per contracted year. Mastery and Legacy clients registered for both Growth and Mastery/Legacy retreats will have their Growth registration canceled.
COVID-19 Safety Information:
Ferry International’s #1 priority is the health and safety of our attendees, employees and staff supporting all TOM FERRY events. In partnership with the official event venues and vendors, Ferry International, LLC (“Tom Ferry”), will adhere to the current government and local authority guidance, as well as any venue or location-specific regulations. TOM FERRY cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.
No Show Policy
Due to extraordinary circumstances and capacity limitations, registrants who fail to attend the conference and do not contact Tom Ferry Staff two weeks prior to the conference start date with a cancellation request via mail or e-mail will be subject to a $600 No Show Fee charged to the credit card on file.
Media Waiver
You give TOM FERRY authorization to use and post any photographs, videotapes, recordings or any other record of our events, including full names of any participants, before, during or after the event for promotional use, reporting to the media and to publish on our website or social media. You will not be entitled to any compensation for TOM FERRY’s use of your name or image.
